IEMG Development buys teardowns and builds luxury spec and custom homes.
IEMG Development began in Atlanta, where its founders built their reputation in luxury residential real estate and where its completed homes stand. The firm now builds in Lighthouse Point and Boca Raton, and is active in Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, and Miami.
Some homes we develop ourselves, from teardown to listing. Others we design and build for clients, or build from plans on a lot the client already owns.
Inna Eidelman and Matt Gaitan lead the firm as co-founders and principals. Inna leads acquisition and design direction, and Matt leads construction.

Inna Eidelman
Co-Founder and Principal
Inna Eidelman has spent more than two decades in luxury residential real estate, investment, and development. She built one of Georgia's most respected luxury real estate organizations before co-founding IEMG Development.
At IEMG Development, Inna leads land acquisition, project strategy, and design direction. She brings together the architects, designers, and builders behind every project.
Her standard for every home is the same: it should feel intentional, inspire the people who live in it, and last.
Matt Gaitan
Co-Founder and Principal
Matt Gaitan leads construction at IEMG Development and oversees execution on every project.
His background spans luxury hospitality, real estate operations, and development management. He works alongside architects, engineers, designers, and construction teams, managing each project from acquisition through completion. Matt also sources finish materials such as marble and stone directly through distribution relationships, giving IEMG homes a higher finish standard at a better cost.
Matt stays with every project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough, and holds it to a high standard of service.
